Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting my small, veterinarian-artist-owned shop! Every design is originally illustrated by me. Each piece is printed and fulfilled upon purchase.

Non-Defective Items

Because each item is made to order, I am unable to accept returns for refunds on non-defective items. However, I am happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • The item has all original tags attached
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

To request an exchange, please contact me at hello@pawsoverpeople.store within 30 days of receiving your order.

Manufacturing Defects & Errors

I stand fully behind the quality of my work. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, I will make it right at no cost to you. This includes:

  • Wrong size or color sent
  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Items damaged during shipping

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and I will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

To help you find your perfect fit and avoid the need for an exchange, please refer to the detailed size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizes include actual measurements to help you choose with confidence.
