Every shirt is made for you. Submit a photo of your pet and their name,
and Dr. Yap will create an original hand-drawn portrait just for them —
illustrated by an actual veterinarian who knows how animals are built,
move, and exist in the world.
How it works:
1. After choosing size and color of your order
2. Fill in the text box with your pet's or pets' names
3. Upload a clean, visible photo showing as much detail as possible of the pet
4. Dr. Yap illustrates your pet's portrait by hand
5. You receive a digital proof for approval before anything goes
to print
6. Your custom shirt ships to you

TIMELINE
Please allow 3–6 weeks from photo submission to shipment.
PROOF & REVISIONS
- You will receive one digital proof via email for review and approval
- One round of minor revisions is included (color adjustments, small
compositional tweaks)
- Additional revision rounds may be subject to a revision fee
- Major changes to the original concept or submitted photo are not
included
PROOF RESPONSE WINDOW
Please respond to your proof within 5 business days. If we don't hear
back, we'll send one follow-up. Orders with no response after 10
business days total will be cancelled and refunded, minus a $25 design
fee to compensate for illustration time already completed.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Submit a clear, well-lit photo of your pet — ideally a straight-on or
slightly angled shot where their features are visible. We'll reach out
if the photo isn't workable and give you a chance to resubmit.
